Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance, or related field.
• A Juris Doctorate with relevant insurance defense litigation experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal or insurance-related experience.
• Experience handling design professional claims under professional liability policies.
• Strong knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures affecting claims handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Will be responsible for managing claims across a nationwide coverage area, requiring strategic thinking, detailed investigation, and effective attorney management. Compensation Package

• Base Salary Range: $115,778 - $168,746 per year + bonus opportunities
