Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant legal or insurance related experience.
• Juris Doctorate with relevant insurance defense litigation experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle professional liability claims involving design professional litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
• Assess and analyze coverage issues and issue coverage letters and documentation.
• Travel to mediations and settlement conferences as warranted.
