Signet Jewelers is seeking a Technical Business Analyst IV to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will gather requirements, analyze systems, design solutions, and support testing and production activities. Strong Salesforce experience and CCaaS familiarity are highly valued.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business users, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and ensure successful implementation across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms and integrating Salesforce with customer service tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform detailed system analysis to support solution design and issue resolution.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers and testers.
• Analyze integrations, data flows, and dependencies to assess impact of changes.
• Use SQL to analyze data and validate business rules; support testing and production issues.
• Validate APIs with Postman and assist testing activities across integrations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, UAT, and release validation.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, and maintain project docs.
• Investigate production issues and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
• Assist with end-user training and post-production support.
