Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role blends business analysis, hands-on Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and go-live support, working with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver value.

You will participate in requirements sessions, user story creation, and end-user training while ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with customers and technical teams to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role combines business analysis, hands‑on Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and implementation support from discovery through go‑live. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, manage user stories, configure solutions, and help customers successfully adopt Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and project teams to understand business processes, goals, challenges, and functional requirements.


• Translate business requirements into user stories, tasks, process flows, and prioritized product backlog items.
