MEI USA is seeking a Technical Backoffice Specialist to support our customer service team with quotes and technician preparation. You will report to the Technical Backoffice Supervisor and help ensure accurate part quotes and efficient technician scheduling.

The role involves coordinating with technicians, processing reports, and handling CRM data, with some travel for training. A strong technical/ manufacturing background and CAD terminology are valued.

Formación

• Manufacturing/technical terminology knowledge.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computers and CNC machinery.
• Experience with Dynamics or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and debrief technicians' business trips (installation, PM, and technical visits).
• Process technician reports.
• Verify part numbers when requested for remote support and aftersales.
• Handle special customer projects and part quotes.
• Attend customer meetings for technical questions.
• Possibility of limited travel for training.
