Job summary

MEI USA is seeking a highly motivated Technical Backoffice Specialist to support our customer service team with quote processing and technician preparation. You will report to the Technical Backoffice Supervisor and handle trip debriefs, part verification, and special customer projects.

The role may require limited travel for training and integrates with our CRM system to ensure accurate parts and service coordination across North America.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/technical terminology knowledge.
• Electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of modern CNC machinery and relative components.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computers.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Dynamics or a similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and debrief of technicians’ business trips (installation, PM, and technical assistance visits).
• Part number verification when requested by technicians for remote support and aftersales.
• Special customer projects.
• Part quotes and processing
• Customer meetings for technical questions
• Open to the possibility of limited travel for training purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
