Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee cleaning, refurbishment, testing, and movement of VGTs, RTs, ATMs, and amusement equipment, while stepping in for the Warehouse Manager when needed. Reporting to the Director of Warehouse Operations, you will manage inventory data in Salesforce, perform asset audits, and coordinate logistics and forklift operations to keep the site

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred
• Experience & Licensing: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or technical asset environment
• Experience & Licensing: Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience & Licensing: Previous experience in warehouse management and logistics desired
• Experience & Licensing: Previous experience servicing VGTs, RTs, Amusements, or ATMs desired
• Experience & Licensing: Minimum of 21 years of age
• Experience & Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler’s License
• Experience & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage priorities and workflow
• Skills & Competencies: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Skills & Competencies: Proficient with basic PC skills; Salesforce experience preferred
• Skills & Competencies: High accuracy in asset tracking, serial verification, and compliance paperwork

Responsibilities

• Technical Operations & Refurbishment: oversee cleaning, refurbishment, repair, testing, and preparation of VGT/ATM equipment
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: enforce RTT policies and verify serial numbers match paperwork
• Audit compliance workflows: ensure RTT paperwork is scanned and transmitted to Compliance
• Systems & Inventory Strategy: oversee Salesforce data accuracy for VGT status and locations
• Lead inventory audits: conduct comprehensive asset audits of VGT assets
• Logistics, Safety & Facility Leadership: oversee freight workflows and ensure safety standards are met
