Job summary

Accel Entertainment in Wheeling, IL, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume facility, ensuring safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while coordinating refurbishment and testing of VGTs, RTs, ATMs, and related equipment.

You will supervise a team, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, manage asset tracking and inventories, oversee freight, and uphold OSHA standards in a split office/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a fast-paced warehouse or technical asset environment
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience: Prior experience servicing VGTs, RTs, Amusements, or ATMs desired
• Experience: Minimum of 21 years of age
• Licenses: Ability to obtain Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler’s License
• Licenses: Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Skills: Proficient with basic PC skills; Salesforce experience preferred
• Skills: High accuracy in asset tracking, serial verification and compliance paperwork

Responsibilities

• Technical Operations & Refurbishment: Oversee cleaning, refurbishment, repair, testing and final prep for shipment and field deployment of VGTs, Amusement equipment, ATMs and related assets
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Enforce RTT policies, verify serial numbers and ensure RTT paperwork is scanned and transmitted to Compliance
• Systems & Inventory Strategy: Oversee Salesforce to ensure VGT status, configuration changes, and locations are recorded
• Logistics, Safety & Facility Leadership: Manage freight workflows, maintain safety standards and operate forklifts and other equipment
