The role focuses on planning, directing, and reporting on inventory movements, transfers, and process enhancements to boost throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership with coaching and team development.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience improving quality and accuracy metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assignments and coach team members.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and product transfers.
• Update and report metrics regularly.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
