Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume facility with focus on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee refurbishment, testing, and movement of VGTs, RTs, ATMs, and amusement equipment, while ensuring accurate asset tracking in Salesforce. The role requires hands-on leadership, 4+ years in fast-paced warehousing or technical asset environments, and the ability to obtain an Illinois Gaming Board license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or technical asset environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse management and logistics desired.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler's License.
• Valid Driver's Licence with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct VGT, Amusement equipment, ATM, and redemption machine cleaning, refurbishment, repair, testing, and final preparation for shipment and field deployment.
• Oversee the disassembly of obsolete and/or damaged equipment, ensuring removed parts are cleaned, tested, and inventoried for future use.
• Serve as the accountable authority for RTT policies; verify serial numbers and IGB assigned numbers match paperwork.
• Guarantee RTT paperwork is scanned, recorded, and transmitted to the Compliance department.
• Establish quality controls for preparing and affixing serial labels, QA checklists, and software tracking labels onto VGTs.
• Oversee Salesforce to ensure VGT status, configuration changes, and locations are recorded.
• Design, schedule, and lead inventory audits of all VGT assets within the facility.
• Assess VGT appearance, condition, and history, collaborating with Customer Experience to pair assets with locations.
• Oversee and optimize freight workflows for loading and unloading machines, equipment and parts.
• Maintain facility standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness in line with corporate and OSHA standards.
• Train and certify warehouse staff to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Perform other high-level duties as required to support fluctuating business needs.
