Job summary

Crowe is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing, individual-contributor role is ideal for an architect who enjoys designing solutions while remaining actively involved in technical delivery.

You'll work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, partnering with clients and delivery teams to design, build, troubleshoot, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of enterprise app design and delivery experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 experience (F&O, CE, Dataverse) and related tools.
• Technical leadership on multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of D365 extensibility, X++, data entities, and environment management.
• Experience with Power Platform, REST/OData, Azure integrations, and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Design integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements and manage risks.
• Lead client technical discussions and architecture workshops.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring developers.
