Qualifications

• 7–10 years designing and delivering enterprise apps using Microsoft tech.
• 4+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related Dyn 365 apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and related engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility: X++, data entities, DMF, batch processing, security, env mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/OData, Azure services, and related tech.
• Build prototypes, review code/configs, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Establish engineering/ALM standards: source control, CI/CD, automated tests.
• Translate architecture into actionable developer requirements; manage risks.
• Support Copilot Studio, AI-enabled solutions with security/governance.
• Lead client discussions, architecture workshops, demos, and deep dives.
