Job summary

Crowe seeks a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing role blends architecture design with active delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps.

You will lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live, design integrations, mentor developers, and ensure robust security and governance while embracing AI-enabled solutions and modern ALM practices.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 F&O/CE/Dataverse or related Dynamics 365 apps.
Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
Recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tooling.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility, including X++, extensions, data entities, DMF, and security.

Responsibilities

Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
Lead technical delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
Build prototypes, review code and configurations, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Establish ALM standards: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployments.
Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants.
Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with governance.
Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and deep dives.
Support proposals, estimates and delivery planning while mentoring others.
