Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Technical Architect to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365-based enterprise solutions in a client-facing role. You will work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps to architect scalable systems and lead delivery.

You will mentor developers, review code, and guide integrations while maintaining hands-on involvement with the technology stack. A builder mindset and continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise apps using Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related Dynamics 365 apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Recent hands-on with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility: X++, data entities, DMF, batch processing, security.
• Experience with REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and ALM.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated deployments, testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management.
• Build prototypes, review code and configurations, and troubleshoot deployment and security issues.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards: source control, branching, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, deployment.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants; identify risks.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, demos, and deep dives.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring developers.
