Job summary

Crowe seeks a hands-on Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications in the United States. You will design, deliver, and optimize enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure, working closely with clients and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise apps using Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or related apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility, including X++, data entities, security, and environment management.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, code reviews, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations via APIs, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Build prototypes, review code and configurations, troubleshoot across domains.
• Establish ALM standards including CI/CD, automated tests, monitoring, and deployment.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants.
