Job summary

Crowe is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing, individual-contributor role designs solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, while actively delivering hands-on work.

You’ll lead technical delivery from discovery to go-live, mentor developers, and collaborate with clients to translate architecture into actionable requirements and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise apps using Microsoft tech.
• 4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 F&O/CE/Dataverse.
• Technical leadership on at least two full Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility, including X++, data entities, DMF, security.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, REST/OData APIs, Azure integration services, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, code reviews, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live.
• Design integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management.
• Build prototypes, review code, troubleshoot deployment, security, and performance issues.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-enabled solutions with governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, and deep dives.
• Mentor developers and consultants; assist proposals and delivery planning.
