Job summary

Crowe is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing role combines architecture with active delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps to design, build, troubleshoot, and scale enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years designing and delivering enterprise apps with Microsoft technologies.
• 4+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement, or related apps.
• Technical leadership on at least two full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design application, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management.
• Build prototypes, review code, and troubleshoot deployment, security, and performance issues.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and deep dives.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring teams.
