Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks an Applied AI Engineer to advise enterprise customers deploying Claude APIs. You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to design architectures, build evaluation workflows, and guide customers through cutting-edge LLM implementations.

You will deliver hands-on workshops, prototype pilots, and scalable documentation while maintaining safety and reliability standards. 3 days in the office per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript for production apps.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist technical advisor to Anthropic customers deploying new products and workflows.
• Partner with sales and architects to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites to influence product strategy.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer teams.
• Create scalable assets documenting prompting, eval, and architecture techniques.
• Stay current with latest LLM capabilities and deployment patterns.
