• Build strategic customer relationships and engage target accounts through a consultative approach that positions Rainin solutions and drives competitive differentiation.
• Conduct customer needs assessments, workflow analysis, and product demonstrations to deliver tailored technical solutions and optimize customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to execute strategic initiatives, develop pipeline opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and improve win rates.
• Deliver technical training, application expertise, and ongoing support to strengthen the effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Contribute to commercial excellence through customer feedback, competitive intelligence, technical content development, and continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Job description

This position is responsible for driving business growth and achieving profitable, sustainable sales targets for selected technical product lines within the Rainin sales organization. The role demands specialized expertise focusing on various applications, workflows, or customer segments such as Proteomics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, and Cell and Gene Therapy. As the solutions product champion and technical expert, the incumbent supports Sales Managers and Sales Representatives at a technical escalation point through strategic initiatives, application support, standardization projects, customer demonstrations, and training.
