Job summary

Rainin is seeking a technically adept specialist in Chicago to act as the technical escalation point for selected product lines and to support the Sales team in driving growth and profitable targets. You will demonstrate Rainin solutions, conduct needs assessments, and deliver tailored technical training to customers and internal teams.

This position is responsible for driving business growth and achieving profitable, sustainable sales targets for selected technical product lines within the Rainin sales organization. The role demands specialized expertise focusing on various applications, workflows, or customer segments such as Proteomics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, and Cell and Gene Therapy. As the solutions product champion and technical expert, the incumbent supports Sales Managers and Sales Representatives at a technical escalation point through strategic initiatives, application support, standardization projects, customer demonstrations, and training.
