Our clientis seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Resilience Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Resilience Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the Technology Resilience program by collaborating with various teams including infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform specialists. What's the Job?
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s ability to respond to, recover from, and learn from technology disruptions.
- Participate actively in technical discussions across multiple domains including servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, and backup technologies.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
- Develop and produce high-quality recovery test reports and executive presentations to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive remediation initiatives following incidents and recovery exercises to strengthen organizational resilience.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Proficiency with SNOW BCM Module and creating SNOW dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions involving servers, databases, networking, storage, and enterprise applications.
