Our client, a leading organization in data and technology, seeks a Senior Data Engineer/ETL Developer to join the Data & Analytics team in a Charlotte, NC hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote). The role focuses on ETL development using SSIS, ADF, and Snowflake, with collaboration across IT and business teams.

The candidate will design, test, deploy, and support data processes, write code in C#/.NET, and participate in Agile Scrum events to drive continuous improvement.

Our client, a leading organization in the data and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Data Engineer/ETL Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Data Engineer/ETL Developer, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting the Data Integration and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer/ETL Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Role: In office 4 days a week, 1 day remote)

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000

What's the Job?

• Develop, configure, and maintain robust ETL and data integration solutions using industry-standard tools such as SSIS, ADF, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to identify and optimize business processes through innovative data solutions.
• Design, test, deploy, and support data processes following best practices to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Write and optimize code in C#, .NET, and other programming languages to enhance organizational IT infrastructure.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• At least 5+ years of experience in ETL development and working with SQL databases.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as SSIS, ADF, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing integration solutions using C#/.NET, particularly console applications.
• Strong understanding of data exchange frameworks such as JSON, XML, and EDI.
