The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, clear communication, and collaboration to strengthen recovery capabilities. You will translate technical findings for engineering and leadership, contribute to recovery test reports and dashboards, and drive remediation efforts after incidents to boost

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery.
• Proficiency in servers, databases, networking, storage and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM modules and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery capabilities.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, understanding recovery challenges across multiple domains.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
• Assist in creating and analyzing recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules.
• Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM modules and creating dashboards is a plus.
