Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking a Technology Resilience Analyst in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment. You will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to enhance operational stability and recovery readiness across enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities include analyzing disruptions, creating recovery test documentation and executive dashboards, and communicating insights to technical teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, application support, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support technology resilience initiatives by partnering with engineering and operational teams to improve recovery readiness.
• Participate in technical discussions across servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze technology disruptions, identify recovery challenges, and help drive remediation activities.
• Create recovery test documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Translate complex technical information into clear insights for technical teams and leadership.
• Assist with tracking resilience improvements, dependencies, risks, and recovery blockers.

Are you an experienced Technology Resilience Analyst ready to make an impact?

• 3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, application support, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience participating in technical discussions across infrastructure, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM Module and creating ServiceNow dashboards is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and cross-functional teams.
