MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee Owner, Technical Alignment Team Manager, to lead the TAMs responsible for technical environment assessments and improving managed services for clients.

This is a technical leadership role focused on building the TAM team and maintaining MSI quality and proactive alignment. This onsite Roseville, MN position requires 5+ years in IT services with leadership, familiarity with security frameworks, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services or MSP environments.
• 3+ years leading a technical team.
• 2+ years hands-on in infrastructure engineering.
• Familiar with NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA and PCI.
• Ability to read utilization and profitability reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAM team development and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and standardize processes.
• Escalation point for complex client environments.
• Ensure quality benchmarks for TAM outputs and security.
• Collaborate across departments on roadmaps and standards.
• Prepare and present quarterly client assessments.
