Job summary

MSI Metro Sales Inc. in Roseville, MN seeks an Employee-Owner, Technical Alignment Manager to lead technology alignment initiatives and coordinate with delivery teams across client sites.

You will develop, update, and phase out accurate technical information, oversee projects for ROI, and build strong business and technical partnerships. Travel daily to customer sites is required; a clean driving record and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years prior experience in IT.
• The expectation is to travel to customer sites daily which will require a Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
• Proven exceptional customer service experience.
• Experience in relationship development of internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote Technology Alignment objectives and team roles.
• Perform Standards and Alignment Reviews to improve clients’ infrastructure.
• Develop, update, maintain and phase out accurate technical information, environments and projects.
• Identify technical risk, coordinate and provide recommendations to our Business Alignment Manager assigned.
• Promote, set expectations and educate on how to engage our world class services.
• Oversee assigned projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize ROI.
• Develop both Business and Technical partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware and software trends.
• Participate and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
