Job summary

Metro Sales Inc. in Roseville, MN, seeks an Employee Owner, Technical Alignment Team Manager to lead the TAM team responsible for technical environment assessments, documentation, and identifying opportunities for service improvement across our managed clients.

This technical leadership role focuses on developing the TAM team, upholding MSI quality standards, and turning proactive alignment into measurable business outcomes while delivering hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT services, managed services, or enterprise IT.
2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing a technical team.
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI).
Ability to read utilization, ticket trends, and profitability reports to plan action.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop and maintain TAM team development plans and annual performance reviews.
Serve as the technical escalation point for complex client environments and vulnerabilities.
Audit TAM documentation quality and ensure consistency across managed clients.
Develop and maintain TAM roadmaps and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive proactive client alignments.
