Job summary

H. B. Fuller, the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth across the West Coast U.S.

and Canada. You will partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, demonstrate products, troubleshoot applications, and train customers. You will serve as the technical expert for the portfolio, supporting launches and providing technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical sales or industry experience.
• Experience in technical sales, application development, or customer-facing roles within adhesives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to develop and grow strategic customer opportunities.
• Serve as the technical expert for assigned markets, applications, territories, or technologies.
• Identify, qualify, and support new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations, application evaluations, technical presentations, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot customer applications and provide technical solutions that support business growth.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with key OEMs, AEMs, and strategic customers.
• Support new product launches and recommend portfolio enhancements based on customer and market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to develop customer-focused solutions.
