Job summary

HB Fuller seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth across the West Coast US and Canada. You will collaborate with Account Managers, apply technical expertise in demonstrations and troubleshooting, and manage OEM/AEM relationships to win new business.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to deliver customer-focused solutions and support product launches. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant technical sales or industry experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with associate degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic customer opportunities with Account Managers.
• Serve as the technical expert for assigned markets and technologies.
• Identify and support new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot customer applications and provide technical solutions.
