Job summary

Wiz seeks a Technical Account Manager, SLED, to guide government customers in deploying and operating the Wiz platform across state, local, and university environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure secure, compliant, and successful onboarding and ongoing usage of cloud-security solutions. Strong federal experience and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• 4+ years supporting State, Local, or Education (SLED) organizations.
• Experience delivering cloud solutions across major CSPs (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Gov offerings.
• Experience with FedRAMP or GovRAMP processes and security frameworks (NIST 800-53/171).
• Experience deploying containerization and DevOps tools with security considerations.
• Experience with Linux and Windows security concepts and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding deployment and operationalization per federal cloud-security best practices.
• Act as primary tech liaison resolving complex architectural challenges across federal cloud environments.
• Lead customers toward full adoption and value, addressing Cloud, Code, and Runtime security risks.
• Help customers develop measurable success plans aligned with security and mission objectives.
• Navigate federal organizational structures building relationships with key contacts to drive Wiz objectives.
