Job summary

Wiz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager, Public Sector, to drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform across civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Defense Industrial Base.

You will guide onboarding and operationalization, act as a bridge between customers and the Wiz team, and ensure security-focused success in large federal environments with stringent requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• 8+ years of experience with the U.S. Federal Government, Military, or Defense Industrial Base.
• Experience delivering cloud solutions across major CSPs and gov offerings.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD SRG, DISA STIGs, or FIPS.
• Experience deploying Docker/Kubernetes and related security considerations.
• Experience with DevOps tools and security implications (CI/CD, VCS, IaC).
• Experience with Linux/Windows security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide federal customers through deployment, configuration, and operation using best practices.
• Serve as primary technical liaison across federal cloud environments.
• Lead customers toward full adoption and secure cloud workflows.
• Help customers define success plans with security/compliance goals.
• Build relationships with agency CISOs, AOs, and technical staff.
• Translate federal mandates into actionable Wiz deployment strategies.
