Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Technical Account Manager, SLED to guide government customers through deployment and operationalization of the Wiz platform, with a focus on security and compliance.

You will bridge customers with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver a cohesive experience for agencies with stringent requirements. Strong cloud security expertise and Gov program familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• 4+ years supporting State, Local, or Education (SLED) organizations.
• Experience delivering cloud solutions across at least one major CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and Gov offerings.
• Experience with FedRAMP or GovRAMP and security frameworks (NIST 800-53/800-171).
• Experience deploying containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) and security implications.
• Experience deploying DevOps technologies and security implications.
• Experience with Linux and Windows OS security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and Wiz platform expert during deployment and operationalization using federal cloud-security best practices.
• Act as primary technical liaison, addressing complex architectural and operational challenges across federal cloud environments.
• Lead customers toward full adoption and value, focusing on Cloud, Code, and Runtime security risk.
• Help customers develop measurable success plans aligned with security, compliance, and mission objectives.
• Navigate federal org structures, building relationships with State/Local CISOs, AOs, and practitioners to drive Wiz objectives.
