Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the United States to drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform. You’ll provide strategic and technical guidance from onboarding through renewal and expansion, acting as the bridge between customers and product, sales, engineering and support.

You’ll bring 5–8+ years in technical customer-facing roles, a CS degree, and deep cloud-security knowledge, including containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• Ability and willingness to navigate nebulous job responsibilities while actively contributing to TAM motion.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical guidance to customers across the Wiz journey.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Engineering and Support to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
• Act as primary technical contact and resolve customer issues via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
• Monitor cloud-security threats and stay updated on Wiz features.
