Job summary

Disruptive Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with Wiz cloud security expertise to secure cloud-native applications in a federal environment. This remote role blends DevOps, cloud engineering, and cybersecurity tooling to embed security across the software lifecycle.

You will design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines across AWS/Azure/GCP, integrate Wiz for Gov, and collaborate with cybersecurity, platform engineering, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5–10 years of relevant DevOps/cloud/infra experience.
• Hands-on experience with Wiz, Wiz for Gov, or Wiz Cloud Security Platform.
• Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Remote work with residency in the Washington, DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Support secure CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments.
• Utilize Wiz for Gov to monitor cloud security posture and risks.
• Integrate security tooling into enterprise CI/CD workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment processes (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Troubleshoot deployment, infra, and security issues in dev and production.
• Document DevOps processes, controls, and configurations.
