Job summary

Everbridge seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the technical relationship for assigned accounts in the Everbridge 360 AI Prepare ecosystem. You will oversee deployments, platform adoption, and ongoing operations, configuring environments and producing ICDs.

This role requires strong SaaS administration, data integration, and executive communication skills. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive customer success and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management.
• Strong SaaS administration and data integration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship for assigned Everbridge accounts.
• Provide oversight and management of deployments, platform adoption, and ongoing technical operations.
• Design and configure customer environments, including hierarchy, workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including ICDs.
• Support BIA execution and resiliency program maturity.
• Lead customer governance and QBRs, including stakeholder meetings.
