Job summary

DuBois Chemicals seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to bridge technical paper and pulp products with customer needs. The TAM advises key accounts, clarifies operational challenges, and ensures solutions realize full potential in customer operations.

Travel up to 25% and commute within 1 hour of Somerset, Maine; collaboration with Sales, R&D, and support teams is essential to drive adoption and retention of DuBois chemistries at high-value accounts.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience with Paper and Pulp specialty chemical solutions, technical support, and account management.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science Engineering preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; CRM and analytical tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact with paper mill accounts.
Offer strategic advice and proactive recommendations for product implementation.
Resolve complex queries quickly to minimize customer disruption.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Portfolio Management to deliver value.
