Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for paper mill accounts.
• Provide strategic advice for product implementation and optimization.
• Address complex product queries and minimize disruption for customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of DuBois specialty chemistries and customer environments.
• Educate customers on new features to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Portfolio, and support teams to achieve goals.
• Lead technical check-ins and participate in Business Reviews to quantify value of DuBois solutions.
• Provide feedback from customers to Portfolio Management and R&D teams.
