Job summary

Ajax Systems seeks a Training Specialist to conduct technical seminars, workshops, and webinars for customers and partners worldwide. You will present product roadmaps, coordinate open and private classes, and provide expert training and consultations to drive adoption of Ajax solutions.

You will manage training events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed to demonstrate products and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control and fire systems.
• Hands-on design and installation experience of video surveillance, fire alarm, or other security systems.
• Experience delivering offline and online technical training to technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips, trade shows, and events.
• Self-motivated and independent with an outgoing personality.
• NICET and ESA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on Ajax products for customers and employees.
• Present product roadmaps and new feature updates to distributors and dealers.
• Proactively manage and schedule open classes, private classes and on-demand training requests.
• Provide technical consultations and support to key clients and tailor solutions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
• Test product features and prepare technical documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the sales team by following up on leads via the CRM portal.
• Analyze customer needs with sales to identify optimal product solutions.
• Participate in beta testing of new products and provide feedback to product management.
