Job summary

GlacierGrid, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to own the technical side of customer relationships from discovery through renewal. This remote role, based in Argentina, requires you to run pilots, validate savings, and ensure customer success across multiple sites.

You will manage 10–14 accounts, conduct quarterly reviews, and proactively monitor potential renewal risks while collaborating with Account Executives and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, pre-sales, solution engineering, or a technical account role.
• Have a story about saving an account, not just servicing it.
• Curiosity about commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and how they fail.
• Comfort with pulling sensor/energy data and drawing defensible conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of customer relationships from first conversation through renewal.
• Manage 10–14 multi-site accounts, conduct quarterly reviews, and drive renewals.
• Inventory equipment, model savings, pull sensor data, diagnose issues, and ensure pilots succeed.
