KE USA in Chester, NY is seeking a technically knowledgeable Account Manager who understands exterior sunshading products from manufacturing through installation and can serve as a trusted partner to our dealers and customers.

The role focuses on managing key accounts, supporting technical and commercial needs, coordinating with engineering, production, and logistics, and ensuring exceptional service while driving revenue through cross-selling and product penetration.

Formación

• Strong experience with exterior sunshading systems and related products.
• Solid understanding of product construction, manufacturing processes, installation methods, and applications.
• Proven ability to build and manage complex customer relationships with technical credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for dealers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on responsiveness and technical competence.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to meet customer needs.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on product selection, configurations, and specifications.
• Prepare quotations and support commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
