Job summary

Amperesand seeks a hands-on Technical Account Manager to own technical relationships with key data center customers and their partners. You will author and defend technical drawings, manage submittals, and drive on-time delivery of complex projects.

You will coordinate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, and supply chain teams, ensuring clear communication and milestone adherence while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent demonstrated depth in power systems.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role with direct ownership.
• Strong knowledge of data center electrical design and power infrastructure.
• Ability to author single line diagrams independently using design tools.
• Experience with deliverable trackers and milestone schedules in Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with key accounts and be the point of contact.
• Lead design workshops, reviews, and prepare technical documentation.
• Submit and defend design packages with revision control.
• Manage end-to-end deliverables, schedules, and action logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and quality goals.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and manufacturing.
