Astreya is seeking an operations-focused professional to drive daily operations across technology suppliers and services in San Francisco, CA. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring commitments, and maintaining accurate data across assets and inventory.

You’ll support procurement, financial operations, and supplier performance, while fostering continuous improvement and scalable processes for a growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, IT asset management, procurement, vendor management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational activities across assigned technology suppliers and services.
• Resolve issues with suppliers and remove roadblocks to keep commitments on track.
• Monitor equipment orders from request through delivery and identify risks or delays.
