Job summary
Astreya is seeking a Technical Service Delivery and IT Operations leader to drive day-to-day IT service delivery across multiple sites, ensure SLA compliance, and lead a high-performing technical team. You will own client communications, escalations, and reporting, translating business needs into practical IT solutions.
You will supervise asset lifecycle, procurement, deployment, and ongoing optimization of IT operations, aiming for scalable, reliable services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT service delivery across supported locations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee ticket queues, incidents, service requests, escalations, and backlog.
- Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Establish standardized service delivery processes and documentation.
- Monitor performance and address delivery risks and gaps.
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of IT operations.
- Manage asset lifecycle, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of devices.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and clients.
- Communicate performance, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
