Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Program Leadership professional to manage vendor relationships, and drive infrastructure programs across hardware, software, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure performance against defined metrics and milestones.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and attention to AI tooling integration, with ownership of complex programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical program management, infrastructure operations, hardware engineering, data center operations, or enterprise software delivery.
• Track record leading complex, cross-functional technical programs (not just contributing).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build structured project plans with milestones, dependencies, ownership, and success metrics.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of infrastructure architecture and operational workflows; not required to build systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience running multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Comfort driving accountability when ownership is unclear or priorities conflict.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Set the operating model with vendors: service expectations, ownership, escalation paths, metrics.
• Lead program reviews, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for hardware issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and data center ops for readiness and spare parts planning.
• Define metrics (automation coverage, ticket reduction, deployment quality) and drive release readiness and handoffs.
• Assist in direction for AI-assisted tooling in infrastructure operations.
• Own execution plans for data center decommissioning, migrations, and hardware reuse across regions.
