Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Technology Transactions Mid-Level Associate in Palo Alto, CA to advise on complex commercial and technology agreements at the intersection of IP and business law.

You will draft and negotiate licenses and SaaS contracts, conduct IP and technology due diligence for transactions, and counsel clients on AI-related regulatory issues, while staying current on technology law developments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technology transactions experience in a law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Conduct and manage IP and technology due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Counsel clients on legal and regulatory issues related to artificial intelligence.
• Advise on the licensing and commercialization of technology assets.
• Stay informed on technology law developments and contribute to client alerts.
