Qualifications

• Science/technical background and commercial AI experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of IP and technology issues.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate IP- and technology-intensive transactions.
• Handle IP and technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Manage significant commercial agreements, particularly related to AI and digital infrastructure.
