Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on advising on complex technology transactions for both mature and startup tech firms, domestically and internationally, with heavy emphasis on IP and M&A matters.

Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant law firm experience, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and a JD with top academic credentials.

Qualifications

• Substantial law firm experience in intellectual property and contract law.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on IP and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions.
• Handle complex commercial transactions for early and later-stage technology companies.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Group on technology and life sciences matters.
