Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions and Commercial Agreements team. You will structure, negotiate, and close complex technology and IP deals across industries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technology transactions with current law firm experience, and JD from a top-tier law school. Relocation to the West Coast is preferred.

Familiarity with AI/ML, software licensing, data agreements, and outsourcing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and outsourcing transactions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor, and digital assets sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Negotiate channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Manage e-commerce and AI/ML development agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and financial transactions.
