Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Technology Transactions Mid-Level Associate in New York, NY. The role focuses on advising clients on complex technology and IP transactions, including licenses and SaaS agreements, with emphasis on AI-related issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of law firm technology transactions experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and an active bar admission. This is a demanding, high-caliber opportunity in a premier practice group.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technology transactions experience in a law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with intellectual property concepts and due diligence processes.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Conduct IP and technology due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Counsel clients on legal and regulatory issues related to artificial intelligence.
• Advise on licensing, protection, and commercialization of technology assets.
• Stay current on technology law developments and contribute to client alerts.
