Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions and Commercial Agreements team. You will structure, negotiate, and close complex technology contracts across industries, with a focus on AI/ML, data, software, and IP matters.

The role requires 3–5 years of technology transactions experience, a JD from a top law school, bar admission, and strong writing and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and outsourcing transactions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex technology contracts.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Negotiate software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Manage channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Negotiate e-commerce and AI/ML development agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and financial transactions.
